CIVIL LAW AREA
The Civil Law Area focuses on advising any citizen about ordinary issues: claims for the breach of any type of contract, construction defects or compensation for damages caused by third parties. We also advise Residents’ Associations regarding Horizontal Property, and we process claims against insurers, and intervene in mediations and arbitrations.
FAMILY AND INHERITANCE LAW AREA
The Family and Inheritance Law Area is responsible for handling complex contentious matters regarding inheritance and family, specializing in the particular characteristics of Basque Civil Law, without prejudice to the extrajudicial processing of many divorces by mutual consent and non-judicial processing of inheritances.
COMPLIANCE AND COMMERCIAL LAW AREA
The area of Compliance and Commercial Law arose from the need to provide comprehensive advice to companies, as well as to address the processing of insolvency proceedings, with current incidence on the insolvency of the individual.
BANKING LAW AREA
The Banking Law Area is responsible for the preparation and defence before the Courts for the inappropriate marketing of all types of financial products, both to consumers and business owners, as well as the defence against foreclosures. We also assume the defence of usury proceedings in contracts between individuals and with financial and non-financial institutions.
PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATIVE LAW AREA
The Planning and Administrative Law Area is responsible for defending individuals and companies in all types of administrative proceedings and subsequent contentious-administrative proceedings, as regards sanctions, urban planning and in terms of state liability.
LABOUR LAW AREA
The Labour Law Area includes legal advice, representation and procedural defence, in all matters arising between companies and workers, as well as between beneficiaries of the Social Security System and the Administration, in the different areas of Labour Law and Social Security, whereby special attention is placed on preventive advice in order to be able to properly channel the future success in court.
CRIMINAL LAW AREA
The Criminal Law Area deals with advice and defence in procedures relating to inherent rights of the individual and in property and corporate crimes, with an impact on the liability of legal persons in the commission of criminal offences. We also strive to provide preventive advice from the perspective of criminal liability, both personal and corporate, in any commercial and/or financial transaction.
